How do you charge?
In general, we don’t ask our clients to pay anything upfront. With your go-ahead, we create a home page, in internal page and the contact page. Once you like what you see, we ask for half of the invoice amount and then complete the website to your satisfaction.
Will our current website go down?
Unless your website is brand new and you’re starting from scratch, we normally develop your new website on a subdomain on our server so that your current website will not be brought down. Once your new website is complete, we transfer it from our hosting to your domain and hosting account.
How long does it take for a new website?
Many factors go into the timing of redesign or development. Generally, we will have something for you to look at within a couple of weeks. We don’t rush our product.
How many clients do you have?
Generally, we have around 50 clients.
How long have you been in business?
Platinum Vue Studio was started in Florida in 2009. We are a registered LLC operating out of Texas.
Do you back up my website?
Yes, we schedule weekly backups of your database. Typically, we back up your website data in the cloud and on our system.
What about website security?
ALL websites are hackable. If someone can hack into the operations of an oil pipeline company and demand ransom, they can certainly hack into your website. That being said, the odds of that happening are pretty rare. We install WordFence on most of our client’s websites. WordFence is a free security plugin that handles blocking of hacking bots and other nefarious things. We monitor who is trying to log in and we keep an eye on your website. It also scans the website for questionable code. This is included with your management and updates package.
How can I track my website's activity?
We install Google Analytics into all of our client’s websites. The analytics allow you to “track” your visitors by seeing where they’re from, what pages they’re viewing, how much time they’re spending on your website and how they found your website. Google Analytics provides great marketing information about your website.

Most of our clients are referred to us by other clients or through other people. We reward your referrals by crediting $100 off your next invoice renewal. Thank you!
