About Us

Operating out of the Pacific Northwest, we build and develop highly effective websites for clients across a variety of industries. You can see our latest projects on the Portfolio page.

As you might be, we grew tired of web designers, developers and so-called webmasters who don't follow through with what they promise. To utilize our web knowledge, we created my own web design business in order to treat clients like they should be treated: with prompt follow-up, quick updates and content changes, page additions, etc. Our pricing is quite reasonable. You need a new website - not empty pockets. We look forward to hearing from you.

How We Work With You

We don't operate our website business like other companies. Your complete satisfaction really is number one. We don't ask you to sign a contract with a bunch of legal mumbo-jumbo in it - unless you would like to. Building your website you need is based on trust: you trusting us and us trusting you.

First of all,we don't ask for any payment upfront. After a brief interview about your wants and needs (Click here for our online questionnaire), We'll ask you to start sending me your content, i.e., images, audio, video, logo(s), photos, copy, etc. NOTE: Completing your website in a timely manner really begins with you emailing us as much information as possible so that we know what we're working with. The faster you send us the information, the faster your new site will be built.

We begin to build your home page. We build your site on either www.PVSLive.com or www.PVSLive2.info , etc., so that you can keep tabs on our work. Your entire website is based on how the home page looks, i.e., header, logo, colors, fonts, navigation bar, etc. When you are satisfied with the look of your home page, we ask that you pay half of the invoice (I will email your invoice to you a PDF format with a link to my PayPal account). Until you're happy with your home page, we will keep working on it until you are happy with the design.

Once the home page is completed, we will then start completing the rest of your site. Along the way, we will keep in close touch with you by phone and email (and we ask the same of you). Your site will be completed with the content that you provide. We will then ask that you pay the second half of the invoice. We will then upload your site to your hosting account, send you all of your login information (usernames, passwords, etc.) and, voila, you're ready to go!

One last thing. we don't know everything about website design. If you want something specific for your website that we haven't created before, we will figure out how to do it.

A Note on Content

There are many things about your content that we will help you with. We will proof-read everything that you send checking for grammatical errors, capitalization, spelling errors, etc.

When you email us images and photos, try to send the original, i.e., the image straight out of the camera. There are thousands of images that are free to use online. Again, send us the largest (pixel) size as possible. It's easier to manipulate larger images (cropping, resizing, etc.) from a larger image than a smaller image.
